Delivery Instructions for LTL Shipments

What should I expect when receiving LTL shipment order?

If your order is large enough to ship via common carrier or LTL, please check out this quick video on the process of receiving your shipment:



If your order has not shipped yet, and you discover that you need liftgate or inside delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can add these services to your shipment and avoid any possible delays in delivery.

If your order has already shipped and you discover you need liftgate or inside delivery, it will still be best to contact us and let us know. You can request the service from the carrier when they call you for the delivery appointment, however, please note that any additional services provided by the carrier that were not initially requested on your quote will be later billed to you. 

If you have received your shipment damaged, you will need to take several photos during the delivery process and contact us as soon as possible. If the damage is severe, please refuse the shipment altogether after noting the damage on the delivery receipt. 

If the delivery is successful with no problems, but if you need help with installation or setting up, please refer to the operations manual that is included with your unit. If you need further help, please don't hesitate to contact us.
