What to Do When the Dough Divider Rounder Handle is Stuck

The dividing lever of the dough divider rounder is difficult to lower down. What should I do?

If the lever of the dough divider rounder is difficult to lower down, then you will need to clean the unit. This issue can be caused by flour, grease, and/or dough being caked onto the machine and its parts. Please make sure to clean the unit thoroughly, and make sure that nothing is sticking to the unit.

Once the unit is cleaned thoroughly, you can apply some food-grade lithium grease onto the shafts. Never use general oil or cooking oil to do maintenance as general oil is not NSF-approved, and cooking oil will cause damage to the equipment.
