Does the dough divider rounder need to be bolted down?

The models AE-DD30R and AE-DD36R need to be properly secured to the ground on a stable flat surface. Assuming a level concrete floor, you must use the proper concrete anchors rated for the weight of this machine.

This divider rounder machine should not be operated before properly securing it to the ground. In order to bolt the machine to the ground, you will need to remove the side service cover, and you will find four (4) mounting points at the base of the machine. You can purchase expansion/wedge anchors in a general hardware store. Please see below graphic on how to install the anchor:
Installation of Anchor

The Elite Series AE-DDE30R and AE-DDE36R have built-in leveling feet and there is no need for you to install anchors as long as the leveling feet are adjusted correctly.

If your floor is a different material other than concrete, please consult with a local contractor to ensure you use the correct anchor type and are able to anchor the machine to your floor.
