When you purchase a meat cutter, you will need to specify the cut size you want to get. These cut sizes are fixed. As all parts on the meat cutter are replaceable, you can technically change the parts of the meat cutter to respective parts of different sizing. However, this will not be an easy or quick process to do. There is a potential risk of injury and incorrect assembly work. If you would like to cut a different size, we recommend simply purchasing another attachment of your desired size. This will allow you to change the sizing quickly as you only need to swap the attachment head.
