American Eagle Spiral Mixer Bowl/Hook Turning Opposite Way

Why is the bowl/dough hook on my 3 phase spiral mixer turning the wrong way?

When the spiral mixer bowl and/or dough hook is running in the opposite direction from the direction indicated on the control panel, it causes the dough to not stay inside the bowl, making it rise up and spilling outside of the bowl.

The cause of this problem is that the phase wiring on the electronic plug or breaker box is incorrect, which causes the motor to rotate in the wrong direction.

The 3-phase machines have 4 wires, one for each phase, and one for the ground wire. Keeping the ground wire intact, try swapping the phase wires. I.E. red wire with white wire. Have an electrician perform the correction, and match the correct wires with the correct terminal points on the 3-phase plug or breaker box.
