What is the warranty on my machine?
All new equipment comes with a one year warranty on parts and labor in case of product defect. Please see our full warranty statement found here for more details.
All refurbished equipment have a 90-day warranty on parts and 45-day warranty on labor, while discontinued or used models are sold as-is and have a 7-day return window, but no warranty.
If you are experiencing issues with your equipment, please contact us while providing photos and/or videos of the issue so that we can properly diagnose the problem and provide you with a solution.
