American Eagle Spiral Mixer Troubleshooting

The spiral mixer will not start. What should I do?

Make sure to check the following points:
  1. Make sure that the bowl guard is in fully lowered position
  2. Make sure the electric cord is plugged into the receptacle
  3. Make sure the Emergency Stop button is reset by twisting the stop button knob clockwise
  4. Using a multimeter, make sure there's no problem with the electrical breaker (switch) box
  5. Using a multimeter, make sure there's no problem with the electrical supply at the breaker (fuse) box
  6. Verify the supplied power matches the nameplate stamped on the machine
  7. Make sure there is no damage to the electrical wiring
  8. Make sure there is no damage to any limit switches installed in the machine, you may need to use a multimeter to measure for continuity in the circuits
