Please take the grinder attachment head off the motor unit, and try to run the motor unit by itself. Does the unit work properly? Is the inside square hub spinning as it should? Is it making any strange sounds? If the motor is not working properly, please take a quick video and contact us at support@americaneaglemachine.com.

1. Check that the teflon washer is on the auger.

2. Check to see if the grinder knife is installed correctly (and not put on backwards). 

3. Make sure that the coupling ring is not installed too tightly. After it is hand-tightened all the way, make sure to loosen it slightly by about 1/8". 

Once these three things are checked, you can try to turn the auger by hand and see if it turns when it is fully assembled within the T-chamber. If it turns by hand, then it is assembled correctly. If not, then you will need to review the below video and fix these three things.
