My dough is sticking to the rollers of the dough sheeter. Is there something that can be done?

All of our dough sheeters feature stainless steel rollers. A possible cause to the dough sticking to the rollers may be the temperature of the dough you are working with. Please make sure the dough is not warm as it can cause it to stick to the rollers. You may need to chill your dough to help the dough become less sticky. Please do not process completely frozen (rock hard) dough, only chilled dough. Ideal temperature for the dough would be 32-34 Degrees Fahrenheit. 

Also, make sure your roller scrapers are cleaned and installed correctly.
