American Eagle Return Process

I want to return equipment or parts that I bought. Where should I start?

If you purchased the product from us directly, please either fill out this return request form or email us at support@americaneaglemachine.com to start the return process. Please make sure you provide the order number, specify what item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Please do not send any returns to us until you have been issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must have the RMA number referenced on the package. If you purchased the equipment or parts from a dealer/distributor/retailer/or other re-seller or website and not directly from us, we will not be able to process your return and refund. You will need to contact the seller you initially purchased from to return the product.
